Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of placement. Please note, dispatches are made only on working days.
Typically, orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days, depending on your location. However, for customers in the Northeast or Southern parts of India, delivery may take up to 10–12 working days.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation via email or SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery.
Are there any hidden charges or taxes?
No. The prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of all taxes and fees. What you see is what you pay—there are no additional charges.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been processed for shipping. To cancel or modify your order, please email us with your Order ID within 2 hours of placing it.
Once your order enters the packing or shipping phase, we won’t be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives in a damaged condition or contains the wrong item, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the delivery. We’re here to help make it right.
What if pickup service is not available at my location?
In case our pickup partner is unable to collect the parcel from your area, we request you to courier the item back to us. Kindly share the courier receipt with us within 2 working days, so we can proceed with the return or exchange process.
Can I update my delivery address or make a special request after placing the order?
Delivery address changes or special instructions must be shared with us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process such requests after this period. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Why does the product sometimes look slightly different from the pictures online?
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography. Rest assured, the product you receive will match the description provided.
Returns & Exchange Policy
What are the conditions for returning or exchanging an item?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Do I need to return the free gift if I return the main item?
Yes. If your order included a free gift or promotional item, you must return the free item as well when returning the main product. Returns will not be accepted without the complete set.
