Kham by Ambika – Return, Refund & Exchange Guidelines

At Kham by Ambika, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please take a moment to review our policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges, carefully outlined below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


Return Policy

We currently accept returns only in specific cases:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item in a damaged condition.

  • Return Initiation Window: Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.

  • Pickup Option: We do offer a pickup facility for returns/exchanges, however, additional charges will apply.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags intact.

  • The customer bears all return and exchange shipping costs.

  • Please note, responsibility for safe return shipping lies with the customer. If a parcel is lost during return transit, we are not liable for the loss.


Refund Policy

  • If a product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • To qualify for a refund due to product damage, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Reports made after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund.


Store Credit

If you prefer, we can offer you a store credit equal to your order amount, valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. This can be used for future purchases on our store.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for products within the same price range.

  • Requests must include a genuine reason and be made within 5 days of receipt.

  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • If you are not satisfied with the product (due to sizing, style preference, etc.), we offer an exchange or store credit—we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Orders placed using a credit note are treated as final and are not eligible for further exchange or return.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at kham.info@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • If your order is already being processed or dispatched within the 2-hour window, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • By placing an order, you agree to abide by Kham by Ambika’s cancellation decisions.

Note: If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery and returned to us, we can re-ship it upon request. However, re-shipping charges will apply, depending on your location.


How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange

  1. Reach out via email at khambyambika@gmail.com or WhatsApp/text at 8209257713.

  2. Include your order number, issue details, and any relevant photos.

  3. If your request qualifies, you’ll receive shipping instructions to return the item to our warehouse at:
    92, Vidhya Bhawan, Gautam Nagar, Near Nehru Garden, Tonk Road, Jaipur

  4. Upon receiving the item and verifying your concern, we’ll proceed with the appropriate resolution.


Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure transparency and faster issue resolution:

  • Please record a complete unboxing video when you open your order.

  • This video is crucial for verifying claims related to damage or missing items.

  • Without this proof, we may not be able to support return or refund requests.


Express Delivery Requests

If you require express delivery, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Additional charges will apply, and our team will provide options based on your location and timeline.

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable within the timeframes and conditions specified above.

  • Kham by Ambika reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.

  • Customers are responsible for the safe and secure return of items.

  • During peak periods like festive seasons or monsoons, processing and dispatch may take up to 6–7 working days.
